BOOKING RELATED
We don’t hold any date with only verbal confirmation.
Before confirming the booking client should discuss about the approx. timing for the day of event.
We will confirm the time before 10 days to 15 days of the day of booking.
If there is any offer for both side booking, it will valid only if she /he pay the booking advances at a time.
For any outstation work, clients have to pay travelling, food & lodging (one separate room with a attached bathroom)
Ground floor is preferred as a make-up room.
If there is any requirement of fresh flower for hair decoration, client will arrange it as per our suggestion
Minimum 10ft/12ft free space required in the makeup room.
Drinking water, dry food (if required),sufficient lightning, full size mirror, 3 chairs, one table, electric connections & 15 Amp electric point should be there in the make-up room.
AC is preferred in hall as well as in make- up room.
Car parking should be nearby from the make-up room.
Offers we offers for both side booking (brides, groom side) for Kolkata branch are not applicable if one side is outstation booking & another is in Kolkata
Client should share their details like their own picture, picture of dress, jewelry, close face picture (without make up), hair length, address with GPS, name of photographer, Picture of hair highlight & eye lenses etc. via mail. When we need them (at least before 45 days of the event).
As we work as a team it’s not possible to be present all the team members at a time during whole makeover. I only do the face make-up & my experienced team is there to look after the hair do, dress draping, styling & all.
Client will get a chance to choose preferred time slat as per their requirements who will book me first for a day
Finally, we need co-operation from client’s side to give you the best output on your special day.
PAYMENT RELATED
Before starting the work client should pay the rest amount for the day.
Client should pay rest amount in cash. It should be in hand of the financer or my client (in case of bride) & they will sign the receipt copy after the payment.
If anybody book “Priyanka’s Beauty Box” for more than one day, payment should be cleared on individual days. Incase payment dues for the first assignment, we will not reach to second day.
Artificial flower, Hair accessories for hair decoration & powerless false lens will cost extra charge.
We will charge full amount for on spot cancellation of extra party make up (with wedding Make up) which has been confirmed before.
For any cancellation from client’s side before 45 days of the day of booking, they are bound to pay 80% of the total package.
Booking amount is not refundable or adjustable with any other services.
If the wedding is cancelled or postponed,
Only 50% amount of earlier booking will be adjusted for the second time wedding booking (but not adjustable after crossing 24 months from the day of first booking) .Old charges won’t be applicable for second time booking .She has to book with new charges.
Client should be readied with a cleaned face before five minutes of the scheduled time (discussed & confirmed verbally before) .Our team will not going to wait more than 10 minutes on clients place on the day of event. Our team may leave the place.
We can back only after completing all assignments for the day, if we leave once & it will cost Rs. 1000 extra.
If anybody does pencil booking with a little amount she /he will get only confirmation message regarding the booking. It will be fully confirmed when they will pay the rest of the booking amount (within 15 days), otherwise it may be cancelled.
