✅ CHANGING TIME,DATE & LOCATION MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE AFTER TALKING BOOKING & ITS CHARGEABLE IF ANYONE CHARGES BEFORE A WEEK AGO OF EVENT (For any kind of changes in booking form inform at least 3 months prior)
✅INCASE OF VENUE BOOKING WE REACH 30 MINS PRIOR OF SCHEDULE TIME FOR SET UP PLEASE ARRANGE ROOM ACCORDINGLY.
✅ FOR EXTREME LATE,PRIYANKA MAY LEAVE PLACE.CLIENT HAVE TO GET PREPARE FROM OUR TEAM ONLY or YOU CAN COME TO OUR STUDIO LATER
✅ DISCOUNT AVAILABLE WHILE PAYING FULL ADVANCE .
✅FOR location MISGUIDANCE & ON SPOT CHANGES & delaying time ,we can’t commit the on time services & may cancel the booking on spot (venue booking)
✅Clients are requested to purchase fresh flowers ,hair decoration pins & other accessories as per our suggestions & arrange them before we start
✅Bride’s are requested to start purchase after a basic look plan with Priyanka
✅We follow some steps one after another please cooperate with us & If all the props (saree,dupatta, maang tikka, flower, accessories, jwlry , crown, etc) should be present in the make-up room before make-up starts,else we can’t help our clients to wear them later on .In that case, our team won’t be liable for any messed up look ( messed up dress & hair )
✅Offers, Discounts & others Services will be valid only if client are on time ,else some may be skipped (specially for venue booking) , our team won’t be reliable for that
✅ If Client skip or their details in booking form ( like their own picture, picture of dress, jewellery, time, address ,GPS location etc) & doesn’t cooperate with us ,we can’t give our best.
✅ PLEASE ASK YOUR SKINCARE & HAIR CARE GUIDE , DIET GUIDE & SHOPPING GUIDE AT LEAST BEFORE 6 MONTHS OF BOOKING DATE (INCASE OF BRIDE)
✅For Make up services Neck will be covered by my foundation not hands , only for Brides we use illuminator & for higher range party look body hydrators.
✅ IN CASE OF Booking please make sure clients should be present there before time , Else we might left place and will return after completing other brides only or you have to get prepared by junior artist /at our studio (whatever available in that situation)
✅For Venue visit ,if our team have call time before 9 A.M or our team waits for more than two hours in between two programs, clients have to provide us fooding.
✅25.For any outstation work, clients have to pay travelling ,fooding & separate accommodation along with Increased prices of packages.
✅Clients are requested to be ready with a cleaned face & shampoo dry hair before the scheduled time wearing blouse & peticoat (in case of saree) or top (incase if lehenga)& shoes.Please wear a overcoat/t shirt/ housecoat above your special dress , until base done.Our team may not wait for a long.
✅Before we start your makeup, I recommend using the washroom if needed so you can relax comfortably during the entire session.
✅ Our Team members may call you or contact you after the booking procedure & obviously before 24 hrs of your special days, please save their contact number too (it will be provided with the confirmation mail)
✅For Venue visit clients have to adjust time schedule with other brides ,but we take bookings only after discussing time & we promise to not Cross that time but sometimes we may finish bit earlier .
SPACE REQUIREMENT :
✅Minimum 10ft/10ft free space, 2 chairs ,1 table, sufficient light ,two electric points (15A) , 1 litre of drinking water
✅ Bottles of drinking water & minimum 4 electric points & a full size mirror is must there in the room , along with a Air Conditioner (with remote)
✅Car parking should be there for venue booking.Last moment Date ,location changes will not be possible most of the time & if it happens it may cost extra charges.
✅Ground floor is preferred as a makeup room, else make sure there is an elevator (for 3rd/4th floor)in case of venue booking, else please have someone to help us to bring to your room.
✅ Our team is group of 3 to 4 minimum who needs space to work at at time ,so space requires for every little stuffs .
Payment Concern :
✅NO VERBAL CONFIRMATION , ONLY AFTER ADVANCE PAYMENT DATE & TIME SLOT WILL BE SECURED
✅NO instant booking possible specially for venue services .
✅ PENCIL BOOKING SYSTEM AVAILABLE (15 DAYS TIME TO HOLD A DATE
✅Before starting the work client should pay the rest amount for the day in cash
✅.Client should pay the rest in cash.Clients(Specially Brides) are requested to keep the cash with themselves, it won’t be possible to wait sometimes (specially on a busy date)
✅If there is booking of more than 1 day event ,payment should be cleared partly on 1st day and 2nd day,respectively & Remaining due should be cleared on the same day of the event
✅Artificial flower, Hair accessories for hair decoration & powerless false lens will cost extra charge (if it is not included in package)
✅EYELASH will cost extra if not included in package
✅We take full charges for extra party makeup on wedding dates before 24 hrs (specially for venue booking services)which you have to confirm before otherwise it won’t be possible to provide a party look instantly for venue bookings.
✅For changing dates & venues extra charges will be added (only if the new date is available)
✅waiting charge which is Rs. 500 / 30 mins .But if it’s a busy date ,we may not wait in that case.
✅ For 2 events on a same day will be served at discounted price charges but if two venues are different, travelling cost will be added with the price.
✅ Hair drying services are not included( except you opt for VIP TREATMENT as add on services ), client should inform us to carry drier & have to pay extra rs 500 for drying service.
✅ PAYMENT METHOD – Advance amount only bank transfer( online /offline/ UPI), Remaining amount in cash only on Event day
RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION PROCESS
✅ONCE YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE THATS NOT REFUNDABLE
✅For any cancellation from the client’s side before 30 days or less than that of the day of booking, it won’t be possible to adjust the booking amount in future.
✅If a client cancels any booking it won’t be possible to adjust the full money with future services only 50% can be adjusted with other services with future prices (within 6 months)
✅ ADJUSTED AMOUNT CAN’T BE AVAILED ON A BUSY DATE OR A FULLY BOOKED DATE
✅FOR DATE RESCHEDULING (FOR BRIDES ONLY) 30% AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED & BRIDE HAVE TO ADJUST THE TIME WITH OTHERS IF SHE RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DATES
✅ LAST OPTION AFTER RESCHEDULING DATE is you may take my assistant’s services or studio booking.
Specially for my brides to be,
1. In case of any violent situation occurring on the spot of work, our team may leave from the client’s place.We want a peaceful environment to give the best.
Our team may leave the clients place because of any bad manners or any kind of harassment with our team.
2. Clients ( Especially brides) should be allowed some time to click pictures & videos which we will update in social Media.If you have problems with that please discuss with us before booking & in that case I may charge extra for that particular work.
3. A lady should be present there with the jewelleries, accessories & saree of the bride in the make-up room on the sharp time, if we don’t get them timely we are not bound to wait for those accessories or jewellery.Please keep them with yourself.
4.Continuous knocking is not allowed to make up room, 2 persons (photographer & videographer )are allowed in Make up room if there is enough space only or it may delay the process
5.No One can touch or use our makeup products or click their photos without my permission
6.Hair do not stay if there is any high speed fan or air-cooler in front of the client’s face.
7.Haldi should be avoided as much as possible during haldi ceremony ,keep a wet tissue with you in this case instead please make a pack with (beson+dahi+turmeric powder) for playing haldi
7.Another contact no from clients side, nearest location, a landmark & google location is needed for us before 7 days of the work.
8. If there is any bridal booking ,I may not allow other persons for party make-up if there is no sufficient space in that room.
9.If there is any extra party make up or extra hair done on the day of wedding ,then it should be confirmed at least before 15 days of work.
10. Client will get a chance to choose preferred time slot as per their requirements who will book me first for a date
11.Continous touch-up on skin after the make-up may cause a patches, please avoid touching skin or keep a bridal touch up kit with yourself (ask from us while booking)
12.Finally, we need cooperation from the client’s side to give you the best output on your special day.Please Keep on eye on my Instagram account for the updates.
